社会监督工具理应公开透明便捷
裁判文书既然选择公示，就应该方便大家查询。现实是除了经常登录不上，查询不全外还有很多其他问题。好似到了图书馆，读者想借的书一本没有，让人无数次空跑，落于形式主义，真不应该！

很难想象这是一个国家最高法院主管的APP，就一个空壳子，数据也没有，登录也失败，更别谈数据查询检索了。纳税人的钱花了，就整这样糊弄人？
