Yellowstone
The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable even to the bookstore cashier! He described the two Geology books that I was deciding between and helped me make a better purchase. The access is wonderful and rangers very good in doing their best to keep people safe and wildlife too!

Erased history
We wanted to learn about Boston’s history via the audio tour but it had little information about actual places and events and just focused on minority and gay content. Disappointing.
