  Great stay

We stayed in his hotel for several days! It was conveniently located next to me, many national parks, and my husband spent two days driving up and down the coast, exploring each one. From the moment you step in to the hotel, you feel warm and welcome. The staff was outstanding! everyone we came in contact with was friendly. The two ladies, who checked us in greeted us with a smile, and told us about a trail half a mile away from the hotel where you can watch the best sunsets! The breakfast in the morning was always hot fresh and delicious with in the a variety different options each day. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast was kind enough to cut and core my apple each day. The house keeping was excellent. everyone was very friendly, our room was neat and clean with plenty of fresh towels every day! For convenience they also offered a free shuttle to the airport.

  Amazing Customer Service

I had a last minute cancellation for a booked stay. I knew the cancellation fee was going to be one night stay but I asked customer service to double check. I booked it through the IHG app so my booking info was all there. Customer service followed up with me and said the hotel said the cancellation would be free of charge. As a repeat customer I super appreciated that. I will definitely book at the same hotel again in the near future. I loved the hassle free cancellation and honestly, dealing directly with hotel is easier than going through a third party booking site.
