Includes a Risk vs. Gain Matrix to visually guide decisions. • Operational Risk Management Analysis (ORMA / GAR): The classic Green-Amber-Red organizational risk model with agency-specific definitions (NPS, USCG, FWS). • Assessment of Specific Risks (SPE): A targeted calculator for Severity, Probability, and Exposure, for evaluating specific hazards like a rappel or water crossing.
