Two-way sync with Apple Health keeps everything aligned with the units you already use. If you have more than one device, they stay in sync through iCloud, never through us.

The AI part runs on-device through Apple Intelligence. It quietly points out post-meal spikes, fasting trends, and shifts in time-in-range. Nothing is uploaded.

When it's time to talk to your doctor, export a clean PDF of your full log. There's a raw CSV too if you want to crunch the numbers yourself.
