The app collects and analyses relevant machine data and uses this to provide specific guidance and recommendations for action – ensuring an optimal washing process. CONNECTED WASH – the intelligent networking of Winterhalter warewashers – is divided into the following three areas: Safety, Optimisation and Analysis. Safety: Recording and evaluation of all machine notifications with clear recommendations – for example, you’ll receive a notification when chemicals run out and can order new supplies directly and conveniently via the app. Optimisation: Specific measures for maximum hygiene and efficiency – such as a reminder if the self-cleaning programme was skipped at the end of the day, or a notification if the time between switching on the machine and the first wash cycle is too long, resulting in avoidable heating costs.
