Jupiter-8 Patch Editor

The Jupiter-8 Patch Editor enables owners of a Roland Jupiter-8 synthesizer equipped with an Encore Electronics JP-8 MIDI Kit (JP8MK) to retrieve, edit and send patches of their JP-8.

THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL REPRODUCTION OF THE ORIGINAL JUPITER-8 FROM ROLAND CORPORATION. This software is not a virtual instrument, it is an utility intended for the owners of the real Jupiter-8 equipped with the JP8MK MIDI retrofit from Encore Electronics.

Features:

• Retrieve current manual mode settings or any patch from the JP-8's memory
• Three patches can be edited at the same time using a visual reproduction of the original JP-8 panel in three independent slots to compare, experiment and switch easily between patches
• Send the current edit panel to the JP-8's manual mode edit buffer or any of its memory locations in the original 64 patches bank or the alternative JP8MK bank
• Save and load patches on disk in a format compatible with SysEx Librarian, or any MIDI system exclusive management utility
