Screens + Shots

Screens + Shots is a health reminder app that helps users stay up to date with vaccines and cancer screenings. Users can create a profile with their age, gender, date of birth, medical conditions, and family history. Based on current CDC and USPSTF guidelines, the app generates personalized recommendations and highlights the next upcoming reminder.
Users can view all reminders, including both past and upcoming events, add custom reminders, and edit or delete existing ones. Each reminder also includes an explanation of why it is recommended. Notification preferences can be customized in Settings, and the app is available for both iPhone and iPad. Screens + Shots makes it easy to stay on schedule with recommended vaccinations for children and adults, as well as cancer screenings for adults.
