2. Head over to the Sleep Tab: Wind Down to Sleep Sounds

3. Replace scrollings with the Night Arcade and play games that mimic your heart beat and rhythm. 

4. Night Breathing Exercise to reset your Circadian Rhythm

5. Mood Reset if needed. 

6. Hold the Sleep Button, set the soundscape and rest your eyes. 

7. Gentle Wake Alarm with Hand Pans, Morning Breathing 

8. Set alarm types for the day and view in once easy view. (Medicine, Reminders, Focus Time and Workouts)
