Letterboxx isn’t trying to replace your email app. There’s no composing, replying, forwarding, or pressure to reach inbox zero.

Use the email account you already have, or give newsletters their own dedicated address if you want to completely separate your reading life from your inbox.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your Letterboxx library lives on your Mac.

There are no ads in Letterboxx. No social network. No public profile. No business model built around selling what you read or what you’re interested in.

Your original messages stay in your connected mail account during normal use. Read-status syncing is under your control. Letterboxx only removes an original message from the server when you choose to delete it and then empty Letterboxx Trash.

Some of the best things arriving by email aren’t really email at all.

They’re writing from people you decided were worth hearing from.

Letterboxx gives all of it the quiet place it deserves — and gives you a better chance of actually reading it.
