The core app is free. Stormlo Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription:
• Stormlo Pro (Monthly) — billed every 1 month
• Stormlo Pro (Yearly) — billed every 1 year
Prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account settings.
