AIReady prepares local documents for AI workflows without sending document content to a cloud service. Drop in supported files or choose them from the file picker, then convert them into clean Markdown for review, summarization, retrieval, or downstream prompt preparation. AIReady can also split converted content into configurable chunks and export JSONL for local AI pipelines. Supported imports in version 1.0 include TXT, Markdown, PDF, HTML, CSV, JSON, XML, RTF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, PNG, JPG, HEIC, and TIFF. PDF and image OCR use Apple system frameworks on your Mac. Office documents are read from local Office Open XML packages. AIReady is designed for privacy-conscious document preparation: - Processing happens locally on your Mac. - No account or sign-in is required. - No analytics, advertising, telemetry, or tracking is used. - Document content is not transmitted by the app. - Original files are never modified. - Exports are written only when you choose a destination.
