When it's time for a doctor's appointment, export your full symptom history as a PDF to share directly with your gastroenterologist, so you don't have to struggle recalling your symptoms during the appointment. Medication Reminders Never miss a dose. Set up reminders for each of your medications and enable an extra nudge notification if a dose goes unmarked after five minutes. Meal Planner Set up to ten personalized meal plans built around your specific dietary needs. Exclude your trigger foods, add your safe foods, and utilize IBDiary's meal library to create your own customized plans, so you always have options that work for your body.
