MonkMode: Deep Focus

MonkMode is a deep-work timer with a distraction ledger. Run a focus session against a written intention, then log every distraction that breaks it in one tap. At the end you get a focus score, and over time you see the pattern that steals your attention.

The job is simple: protect the block, then learn from it.
