Developing a Tailored Solution As a software engineer, I decided to lead a team to create an app specifically designed to track chronic disease symptoms. Drawing from my own experience with chronic disease, we designed the application to be flexible: we can easily add new diseases by entering the relevant questions and possible responses. The app supports both single and multiple daily entries, accommodating different conditions and physician requirements. Benefits for Patients and Doctors The main advantage is that patients can record their symptoms in real time on their phones, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information.
