How it works:
At your scheduled prayer time, Pray First pauses the apps you choose and presents you with a guided prayer. The prayer is shaped by what you bring to it — your focus, your situation, who you're praying for, and the posture of your heart. When you're done, your apps resume.

No login required. No social feed. No streak pressure. Just prayer.

Pray First uses iPhone's Screen Time feature (FamilyControls) to pause selected apps at prayer time. You choose which apps to pause — nothing is blocked without your permission. You can remove or disable this at any time in Settings.
