Vista Server

VistaServer lets you keep your videos on your computer while viewing them in Vista on your iPhone or iPad.  Trying to play VR and high definition videos over Apple file sharing results in poor choppy playback due to limitations in the protocol. VistaServer overcomes these issues by running a lightweight server on your local network that makes a selected folder available as a browsable video library, so you can stream and seek files without copying them to your device or uploading them to the cloud. Vista automatically discovers VistaServer on your network, or you can connect manually, keeping your media private and fully under your control.
