PlanWell Focus is a fast, read-only timeline viewer for markdown-native planning. App requires a valid local absolute path in `vault_path` (config file: ~/.planwell/focus.toml). Fast test path: 1) Click “Download Starter Vault” 2) Set `vault_path` to the downloaded folder absolute path 3) Click “Reload” Alternative: Use any existing local markdown vault/folder path. Important: `/absolute/path/to/vault` is an example placeholder and not a valid real path. What Focus does: - Shows timetable classes, multi-day events, and weekly todos - Reads from your local markdown vault - Hot-reloads changes from your files - Keeps your data local and private What Focus does not do: - No in-app create/edit for classes, events, or todos - No drag-and-drop timeline editing - No cloud lock-in Typical workflow: 1. Create or edit markdown in Obsidian (or any editor) 2. Focus auto-refreshes and renders your timeline 3.
