SiteX does not provide engineering or architectural designs, septic or soil evaluations, permit determinations, contractor bids, construction plans, or guarantees of final cost. Verify property conditions, boundaries, approvals, quantities, and costs with the appropriate agencies, utilities, licensed professionals, and contractors before purchase, design, permitting, financing, or construction. SiteX includes parcel coverage nationwide; data availability varies by county. Planning and site-cost tools are currently available in 49 states; Hawaii is not yet supported for those features.
