EmboVol

EmboVol is a lightweight calculator for estimating coil packing density—also called the Volume Embolization Ratio (VER)—during intracranial aneurysm coiling.

Use it in three simple steps:

Aneurysm: Enter aneurysm size (3 dimensions) or volume.
Plan: Choose a coil system and target packing %, then get an estimated total coil length/volume from a simplified model.
Procedure: Log each opened coil package and mark whether its coil was deployed. Running opened/deployed totals and grouped counts stay visible while EmboVol estimates achieved packing density, deployed coil volume, and residual volume.
