A color picker for sampling color and studying contrast from your favorite images
A color picker for sampling color and studying contrast from your favorite images. Users can access an easy-to-follow tip sequence for quantifying what you like about an image. Users can:
-Upload an image.
-Use the contrast slider to reflect the grayscale you like.
-Use the color sample squares to select the most important colors in the image.
-Bonus: add color bias to your grayscale, too!
-"Start for me" button gives you a palette pulled from your image as a jumping off point.
-Export palettes for use in pitch decks, social media, lookbooks, and to share with collaborators.
-Upgrade to premium to include custom footer text!
Exported images include hex code numbers for reference so you can easily reproduce your palettes elsewhere. Also includes minimum, maximum, and average greyscale value, in both percentage and hex code.
The color picker is unique; it uses a perceptual space color wheel to access both hue and saturation, with lightness as a separate slider. This simple interface makes changing colors fun, fast, and dynamic.
