  HOW IT WORKS     
  1. Select the apps you want to restrict

  4. When a blocked app is opened, a custom screen appears
  5. Tap "Unlock by Reading" and complete your session                                                                                                                                  
  6. Your apps unlock — and re-lock automatically when the window ends
