PRIVACY BY ARCHITECTURE Nurse Neutron is stateless — no patient data is stored between sessions. When you quit the app, all data is gone. There is no database, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no telemetry. The only network activity is a one-time model download on first launch. All inference runs locally via MLX Swift on Apple Silicon. Your Mac's GPU handles the entire reasoning pipeline — nothing is sent to external servers. Nurse Neutron DOES NOT send any user or patient data to a third-party AI service. The app uses MedGemma, a medical reasoning model by Google DeepMind, but the model weights are bundled inside the app binary and all inference runs entirely on-device via MLX on Apple Silicon. No patient demographics, symptoms, vitals, images, or clinical data is ever transmitted to Google, Apple, or any external server. The app requires no internet connection to function and contains no analytics, telemetry, or cloud sync. STANDARDS-BASED INTEROPERABILITY Export results as FHIR R4 transaction bundles conforming to the NeutronTech FHIR Implementation Guide.
