Lokado is an inventory app for organizing the things you own, store, manage, lend, maintain, or share. Create inventories for your home, workshop, office, equipment, collections, documents, devices, or digital assets, then keep every item exactly where it belongs.

With Lokado, every item is an Asset. Assets can also be Containers, so your structure can match the real world: a building contains rooms, a room contains shelves, a shelf contains boxes, and a box contains items. There is no fixed category system and no forced structure.

Built for flexible inventories
Create physical or virtual assets, add notes, photos, serial numbers, manufacturers, model names, values, quantities, tags, and locations. Use Containers to build as deep a hierarchy as you need.

Scan and identify assets
Every asset gets a short code. Generate QR codes and barcodes for your assets, print labels, and scan them later to jump directly to the right item.

Search across everything
Find assets by name, code, notes, serial number, manufacturer, model, tag, inventory, value, type, container status, and expiry information.

Manage multiple inventories
Create separate inventories for different places, projects, teams, or collections. Switch between them, archive old assets, and keep your structure clean.
