Record vertical story-style videos with the rear camera as the main scene and the front camera as a reaction picture-in-picture. Whether you’re filming a surprise, a concert, a trip, a sports moment, a funny clip, or a personal memory, DualStory helps you show both what happened and how it felt.

DualStory uses supported iPhone cameras to record the scene in front of you and your face reaction together. The rear camera captures the world, while the front camera captures your response in a movable reaction window.

Flexible Layouts

Choose from multiple layouts to match the story you want to tell:

• Classic PiP: full-screen scene with a small reaction overlay
• Reaction Large: bigger picture-in-picture reaction view
• Split View: scene and reaction stacked vertically
• Face First: front camera full screen with the scene as an overlay

Drag the reaction view, place it where it works best, and create a clean composition before exporting.

Simple Recording Flow

DualStory is designed to be fast and focused. Open the camera, frame your scene, start recording, and capture both views at once. The app includes live recording status, elapsed time, haptic feedback, microphone audio, optional countdown, and torch support when available.

Preview Before Saving

After each recording, DualStory opens a full-screen preview editor so you can review your clip, retake it, choose a layout, and prepare your final vertical video.

Export and Share

Save your finished DualStory video as an MP4 to Photos, then share it wherever you want. Standard exports support 1080 x 1920 vertical video, optimized for clean story-style sharing.
