Bricole: 3-Cushion Billiards

Bricole is an aiming and training app for three-cushion carom billiards. Set the balls on the table and the app calculates exactly where to aim — and why.

THE SHOT FAMILIES OF 3-CUSHION
• Ball-first: the cue ball strikes the 1st object ball, then travels 3 rails to the 2nd — the core of the game. Bricole gives you the hit thickness and the cut angle.
• Rail-first (bricole): the cue ball goes to the cushion first. Corner-5, Plus, Reverse, Cross-Table and End-Rail diamond systems give you the first-rail aim point.
• Ticky and Umbrella: the shots where the cue ball touches one or two rails before the first ball.

AIMING SOLVER
• 8 systems, each with its own formula and its own range
• Trajectory diagram: the cue ball's full path, rails numbered in order
• Kiss warning — if the 1st ball would knock the 2nd away before the cue ball arrives, Bricole tells you and looks for a cleaner route
• Compare systems side by side and see which one fits the position
• Calibrate your table — every table plays differently, and the numbers adjust
