A calm, private journal for your morning and your night — built so you can throw out our questions and write your own.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
• Nothing to buy. No ads, no subscriptions, no upsells, no "pro" tier.
• No company server. Your entries live on your device and sync only through your own private iCloud. We never see them, because they never reach us.
• Nothing is sold, mined, or used to train anything. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs.
• Nothing is downloaded after you install it. The whole app works offline.
• Sign in with Apple is the only sign-in there is. No email, no password, no profile.
WHAT YOU GET
• Two moments a day: intentions, gratitude and to-dos in the morning; meals, movement, mood and thoughts at night.
• Every prompt is yours — add, rename, reorder, retype or remove any of them.
• Fourteen kinds of prompt: paragraphs, single lines, numbers, sliders, yes/no, single- and multi-select, checklists, times, tap-to-count, photos, stopwatches, a daily question, and recurring tasks.
• NEW — Recurring tasks. Give a habit its own repeat: every day, certain weekdays, or every few days. Only what's due turns up, and each task keeps its own streak.
• NEW — Patterns, off until you turn it on. It compares numbers you have already written and tells you when two of them tend to move together. Worked out on this device, from your own journal.
• Apple Health, optional and read-only: sleep, steps and exercise fill themselves in.
• Home Screen widgets for your streak, a daily goal, a to-do, a tap-counter and a stopwatch.
• Unfinished to-dos roll forward to tomorrow on their own.
• Take it with you: a printable PDF book, a CSV, or a full backup.
• iPhone and iPad — two columns on iPad, one on iPhone, with hardware-keyboard support.
THINGS TO TRY
• Open Edit my questions and delete half of them. The journal you keep is the one that asks what you actually want to answer.
• Add a recurring task for something you keep meaning to do twice a week, then look at Insights in a fortnight.
• Turn Patterns on and leave it alone for a couple of weeks. It needs 14 days where both things were filled in, and it says so plainly when nothing stands out.
• Put the Daily Goal widget on your Home Screen and pick one number to keep an eye on.
• Removed a prompt and want it back? Edit my questions, then Removed fields. The answers were never deleted.
• Ask Siri to add something to today's to-do list.
Reflect in the morning. Unwind at night. Keep it private. Make it yours.
