With FCMBOnline Token, you can authenticate your online transactions with your mobile devices. The App will serve as an alternative to the hardware and SMS token used to authenticate transactions on FCMBOnline (Personal & Business). Activating this app will require you to log on to FCMBOnline, FCMBMobile Plus, call the Contact Centre or visit the nearest FCMB branch. To get started, new users are to activate with a Serial Number, an Activation Code and Customer ID while existing users are to reactivate with a Serial Number, an Activation Code, a Reactivation Code and Customer ID. For personal users, please use the first seven digits of your account number as your Customer ID, and for business users please visit the nearest FCMB branch.
