FixFilename

This application attempts to fix file and folder names containing characters that can be represented in multiple ways in Unicode.

Such characters are, for example:
- Latin letters with diacritics: Ç, ç, Ä, ä, É, é, Ô, ô, etc.
- Cyrillic letters: Й, й, Ё, ё
- Hiragana and katakana characters with dakuten or handakuten in Japanese: が, じ, デ, バ, ぽ, etc.
- Special characters

Some programs (such as Xcode or Git) compare files byte by byte.
Because of this, they may not "see" certain files or folders, even though they exist.
