Decent enough
I will keep my intellectual properties to myself for ways that this could be improved for real estate investors. I will say the app works pretty well in most scenarios. It could be dramatically better if the location followed you so as you’re driving through new areas, it is bringing up the listings as you pass them on the map instead of having to keep clicking the location button to bring it to where you are. Also needs to be able to cache listings for where you are coming up and may lose service. Saved items should be stored for off-line viewing. Especially important in rural Idaho.
