  Too many scammer taxi drivers

  Taxis accept the ride, drive near you location and then either cancel saying you didn’t show up even though only ~30s passed since the notification or they ask you to cancel citing a fake and unreasonable reason. And you still get charged!! This has now happened so many times to friends, family and myself over the last few months. Freenow needs to do something about this scam loopholes as it makes the service unusable.

  Idiots Run This

  They had my email address wrong, so I could not use the app. When I sent customer service a message that I could not use the app I needed to correct the email address they told me to do it in the app. Which was exactly what I could not do. I sent them another message, they never replied. I wd say these people are idiots and their app is a total fail.
