It is about striving for prevention and early intervention, it is about identifying those first indicators of mental health decline so that employers can provide targeted support, intervention, care, and connection before employees hit crisis point. We must be clear about increasing the mental health literacy of our workforce and creating a zero stigma around mental health to safeguard the wellbeing of employees for the present and the future.
