Each 60-minute class, held in our thoughtfully designed studio, builds strength, balance, stamina and flexibility through a challenging and energizing workout. At Sweat we believe yoga is for everyone and every body. We focus on hot vinyasa flow because it builds strength, stamina and focus through fast-paced, continuous movement and detoxifying sweat in a state-of- the-art heated studio.
