Your Whey Fitness helps you build, log, and understand your training while keeping your workout history centered on your device.

Create exercises, organize groups and locations, build workouts, run guided Sessions, and review completed History without routine cloud dependence for your personal workout data. Stats, progress, achievements, and body-map visuals help you see what you have trained and where your consistency is building.

Your data stays local by default. Your Whey Fitness is designed around user-owned workout records, local SQLite storage, and privacy-first fitness tracking rather than server-held workout history.

Premium Backup adds a user-controlled way to create a portable database backup for your local history. You choose when to create a backup file, where to save or share it, and when to restore it. Restore Backup remains available for existing backup files so your owned history is not trapped behind a paywall.

Optional route and step tracking can be used during training when you grant permission. Tracking is intended for foreground, while-in-use activity and may be limited by operating-system power, permission, and background behavior.

Your Whey Fitness is not medical software. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Use it as a personal fitness log and training companion.
