focusLock - Your key to focus

From the App Store Source

Finally, a distraction blocker you can't just tap through. focusLock uses the power of technology to create a physical barrier between you and your phone's most distracting apps. Tap your key to lock. Tap it again to unlock. You can use any NFC tag or your Apple Watch as the key. It's that simple—and that effective. WHY IT WORKS Unlike traditional app blockers with easy-to-bypass timers, focusLock requires a physical key to unlock. Store your NFC tag in another room, give it to a friend, or keep it at home while you work. When unlocking requires effort, staying focused becomes the path of least resistance. KEY FEATURES • NFC Key System — Lock and unlock with any NFC tag. No more "just one more scroll." • Program Keys — Program your own NFC tags directly from the app. • Apple Watch Support — If you have an Apple Watch, you can also it as key. • Flexible Blocking — Block specific apps (blocklist mode) or allow only essential apps (allowlist mode). • Auto-Lock — Schedule automatic locking so your phone locks itself when you need to focus. • Focus Timer — Track how long you've been in focus mode with a live, on-screen timer. • Lock History — Review your focus sessions and see your total distraction-free time grow. • Emergency Unlocks — 5 emergency unlocks included for those rare moments when you truly need access. • Free & no hidden fees — You can use everything for free.
