Administrators can remove test or unwanted jobs from the active job list and schedule while retaining financial and supporting records. FROM ESTIMATE TO INVOICE Organize customers, prepare estimates and invoices, review your pipeline and track receivables. Keep the office and field team working from the same company records. CAPTURE FIELD DETAILS Use the Job Assistant to record spoken observations, materials, photos and punch-list items. Optional AI analysis helps turn a walkthrough into a structured draft for review. Always check generated scope, quantities and costs before sharing them with a customer. STAY CONNECTED Review job activity, time logs, mileage and job-site weather. Assignment notifications help crew members keep up with new work. Location features depend on device permissions, connectivity and GPS conditions; they are not a safety-monitoring service. ONE COMPANY, SHARED ACCESS The company owner manages license and capacity purchases. Employees sign in to their company account and receive the company’s purchased feature access, subject to their assigned role and permissions. Employees do not need to buy individual feature unlocks. The complete company license includes 50 customer records. Five user accounts, including the owner, are included. Optional one-time in-app purchases expand customer capacity or add five more company seats per seat-pack purchase. Existing larger teams retain their established seat allowance. Purchased seats stay with the company account across device changes and reinstalls. Deleting an unused account frees its seat; deactivating an account retains its seat. There is no recurring subscription for these capacity upgrades. Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase. An account and internet connection are required for cloud features. Camera, microphone, speech recognition, notification and location permissions are requested for the features that use them.
