Detailed information about each detected damage — including type, size, and location — is retrieved from the Wenn cloud solution and reviewed directly within the app. The return agent can approve, reject, or add additional undetected damages, with all decisions securely synchronised back to the Wenn cloud for processing and recordkeeping. This ensures that every damage is consistently documented, validated, and correctly attributed to the responsible customer. A valid Wenn account is required to use this application.
