Location data is only captured when a field representative actively performs a “Check-In” or “Check-Out” during a customer visit. This ensures accurate documentation of visit locations and helps the company verify that visits have taken place as scheduled. We do not track users in the background, and location access is not continuous. The app requests foreground location permission only, and the collection of location data is directly tied to user-initiated actions. Why We Collect Location Data: To verify that a field visit was completed at the correct physical location. To log visit timestamps and coordinates for reporting and operational compliance.
