The ShowSound app allows you to cue sounds like a professional theatre lighting rig. No manual fading, no frantic loading of digital media or skipping to the right track. Cues and transitions are dedicated to live performance scenarios, allowing timely control and management of any show's sound assets. Set up an entire performance using any media available on your Mac, and then simply cue each sound in the scene as it occurs. You can make last-minute changes on the fly, so you stay in full control, with jump-back and force-forward commands for any transitions. ShowSound files are now portable, with all the sounds assets copied into the show document, so you can create a show on one device and transfer it to another device and run the show from there. This app is similar to the original TheatreSound app, but better(!), although it is not currently compatible with those files.
