TruFilm isn’t just another digital filter mimicking a vintage look—it is a painstakingly engineered recreation of a classic 35mm SLR camera, right in your pocket. We’ve brought the authentic look, feel, and mechanical soul of analog photography to your phone so you can trade endless digital burst modes for the thrill of the photographic process.

Powered by a custom RAW-processing engine, TruFilm goes beyond basic color presets. It authentically recreates physical film characteristics like red halation, chemical crosstalk, optical softness, and true-to-life grain structures based on actual film physics on the quantum level.

SHOOT WITH INTENTION
Just like a real roll of 35mm film, you only see the result after the photo has been taken. There is no instant gratification and no endless camera roll. Once you press the shutter, you must wait a moment while your image "develops," keeping you present in the moment rather than staring down at a screen.

TRUE MECHANICAL CONTROLS
• Match-Needle Light Meter: Read the light in your scene and balance your exposure using the classic needle-and-circle analog meter.
• Tactile Shutter Dial: Take full control of your light and motion. Spin the mechanical dial to select speeds from a slow 1s drag all the way to a frozen 1/10000s.
• True Manual Focus: Switch from Auto "A" to Manual "M" and use the custom focus slider to pull focus exactly where you want it.
• Bulb Mode "B" (Coming Soon): Capture stunning, multi-frame long exposures for night photography and light trails. Just tap to open the shutter, and tap again to close it.
• Interchangeable Prime Lenses: Quickly swap your glass between 0.5 (Ultra Wide), 1.0 (Main), and 2.0 (Telephoto) focal lengths.

• Vision3 500T: A cinematic motion picture film balanced for artificial light, delivering moody, teal-tinted shadows.
• CineStill 800T: The ultimate low-light champion, famous for vibrant colors and its distinct red halation around bright lights.
• Ektar 100: Ultra-fine grain with vivid, punchy saturation. The absolute best choice for bright daylight and landscapes.
• Silica 100: Our custom fine-grain monochrome film with crushed blacks, cool-toned shadows, cool midtones, and dramatic highlight rolloff.

Your photos are saved beautifully in your private, in-app "Developed" Gallery, where you can review your roll and export them in stunning high-resolution to your Camera Roll or optimized for your social feeds.
