Use one device to film and the other to play back the video a few seconds later, so you can review your form immediately after each movement.

It is ideal for solo practice and self-checking, whether you are working on a golf or tennis swing, a dance routine, workout technique, posture while playing an instrument, or even your presentation stance.

How It Works

Connect two devices to the same Wi‑Fi network.
On the device you want to watch, choose Monitor and set the delay anywhere from 0 to 120 seconds.
On the device you want to film with, choose Camera. The app automatically discovers and connects to the Monitor on the same Wi‑Fi network.
Your video plays back on the Monitor after the delay you selected, so you can check your movement moments after you perform it.
