Mortgage Magic Secure Portal is a desktop application for FCA-authorised UK mortgage intermediaries. It is a professional tool for regulated advisers. It is not a consumer app, and it is not intended for the general public or for borrowers arranging their own mortgage. Advisers sign in to a single hardened workspace that brings the Mortgage Magic and Finance Magic portals together. From one place you run a client case end to end, source and compare lender products, meet clients by video, and keep documents in an encrypted vault. What you can do: Case management. Track each client case through to completion from one dashboard, with the audit trail a compliance file needs. Lender Connect. Compare lender criteria and products with AI assistance, turning research that used to take an afternoon into a few minutes. Client video meetings. Join embedded Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom calls without leaving the portal, for adviser-to-client meetings. Document vault. Store and retrieve case documents in an encrypted store on your own machine. Secure sign-in. Log in by password or by scanning a QR code from your phone, with short session timeouts suited to regulated work. The app runs inside the macOS sandbox, talks only to Mortgage Magic and Finance Magic services over TLS, and does not track you or sell your data. Client information stays inside the firm. That is the point of the product. Access requires an account issued by your firm. If you are a mortgage intermediary and your firm uses Mortgage Magic, your administrator can provide your login.
