My Guidelight

Guidelight gives young people ages 10–18 a safe, private space to talk. Choose a mentor who feels like family — Dad, Mom, Big Bro, Big Sis, Coach, or Best Friend — and get real guidance, encouragement, and support anytime you need it. No judgment. Always available. Guidelight is not a replacement for therapy — it's the bridge that helps young people take that first step toward getting the support they deserve.
