You know the moment. The host takes a breath, the music changes, and here comes ninety seconds about a mattress company or that one website creator.

Feedcast takes those out. And you keep listening exactly where you listen now: Apple Podcasts, Overcast, Pocket Casts, Castro, or any other player. This is not another player asking you to start your library over somewhere new.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add your shows. Search Apple's podcast catalog, paste any RSS URL, or drag in your own files.
2. Feedcast downloads each new episode on your Mac, transcribes it, finds the sponsor reads, and cuts them out of your copy.
3. Subscribe to your Feedcast feed in the app you already use. That is the last time you have to think about it.

From then on, new episodes arrive clean, automatically, as soon as they come out.

Each episode is transcribed on your Mac, and the transcript scrolls along with playback. Remember a quote but not where it was? Search the episode and jump to the second it was said.

IT RUNS WITHOUT YOU

Feedcast sits in the menu bar and checks your shows on a schedule. An episode drops, and it gets downloaded, cleaned, and filed away while you do something else. It can hold off until you are on power, tell you when episodes land, and delete old ones so your disk never fills up.

Most days you never open it. You just notice your podcasts got better.

EDIT EVERYTHING 

You can edit nearly every RSS feed attribute, giving you full control over your podcast’s metadata. You can use it to preview how your own podcast will appear across different podcast players in real time.

Feedcast needs macOS 26 or later because of the modern transcription framework it uses. Your Mac holds and serves the episode files, so leave it awake and on the network when your podcast app downloads them.
