During training, track sets, reps, weight, rest time, and progress. Rest timers and Live Activity continue on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. A built-in Interval Timer tab runs HIIT and circuit sessions with Work/Rest/Rounds — phase-end beeps play even while your phone is locked.

ActivAI also helps you review workout history, training load, estimated strength progress, streaks, weekly Coach Reports (Pro), and lifestyle activities like surf or padel so your next gym day adapts to what you actually did.
