Remote is a fully open-source universal serverless Bluetooth HID remote control that turns any iPhone, iPad, or Mac into a Bluetooth keyboard, trackpad, and media remote It works using HID over GATT and is compatible with all platforms that accept generic Bluetooth input. This includes the following: - iOS and iPadOS - macOS - tvOS - Linux (and SteamOS) - Windows - ChromeOS - Other platforms that support Bluetooth input Since it presents itself as a regular Bluetooth keyboard and mouse (HID over GATT), nothing needs to be installed on the device you control. Pair once from the host's Bluetooth settings and start typing. It features: - Trackpad: tap to click, two-finger tap for right click, two-finger scroll, dedicated mouse buttons - Keyboard: live typing, supports special keys and modifiers keys - Media: play/pause, rewind, fast-forward, volume controls, mute Additionally, it allows you to scan nearby devices with signal strength and manufacturer information.
