About

From the App Store Source
CamRemote turns your iPhone into a wireless shutter release. Pair it once with your camera over Bluetooth, then take photos, start videos and run time-lapses from across the room. No cable, no Wi-Fi network, no extra gadget. Works with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm and Ricoh cameras that support their maker's own Bluetooth remote. SHOOTING - Single shot - 2-second timer - Intervalometer for time-lapses: wait, shoot every few seconds, stop after a set time - Video recording start and stop - Focus (half-press) on Canon, Sony and Fujifilm - Bulb exposures with a countdown, from one second to an hour, on Canon, Sony and Fujifilm - Power zoom on supported Canon and Sony lenses MORE - Location tagging: your iPhone sends its position to Fujifilm, Sony and Ricoh cameras so photos are geotagged. Off until you turn it on, and sent only to the camera. - Camera status: a recording indicator from Sony and Ricoh cameras, and the camera's battery level on Nikon and Ricoh - Reconnects on its own when the camera is switched back on - Pair several cameras and switch between them from one menu - Step-by-step pairing guide for each camera maker CANON WI-FI MODE (CCAPI) On Canon cameras where Canon has enabled the Camera Control API (CCAPI), a Wi-Fi mode adds: - Live preview with tap-to-focus - Shooting settings - Browsing and downloading photos and videos COMPATIBILITY NOTES - Nikon: bodies with a Wireless remote (ML-L7) option, such as the Z30, Z5, Z50, Z6 II/III, Z7 II, Zf and Zfc. The Z8 and Z9 are not supported. - Fujifilm: bodies using the original Bluetooth pairing. The newer secure pairing on recent firmware is not supported yet. - Sony and Ricoh support is new. If something doesn't work with your camera, use Contact Developer in the app; it can attach a diagnostic log that helps us fix it quickly. CamRemote is free and supported by ads. CamRemote is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canon Inc., Nikon Corporation, Sony Group Corporation, FUJIFILM Corporation or Ricoh Imaging Company, Ltd. Canon, EOS, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm and Ricoh are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners, used solely to indicate compatibility.
