YOUR DATA, BACKED UP
Sustain requires a free account (Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google) so your medication, dose, weight, protein, and side-effect history is backed up and available if you switch phones or reinstall. You can delete your account and all its data at any time, right in the app.

Unlock full history and trends, AI photo protein estimates, lab result tracking, progress photos, side-effect pattern reports, and a weekly AI-generated recap of your progress with a Sustain+ subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
