Mirage: Quick Note Scratchpad

Mirage is a quick note scratchpad that appears over any app with one hotkey — and erases itself when you close it. Like a mirage, nothing was ever there.

HOW IT WORKS
• Press ⌃⌥Space anywhere — the memo appears on the screen your mouse is on
• Type freely — the window grows with your content
• Press the shortcut again (or ESC / ⌘W) — the memo closes and the content is erased
• Focus returns to the app you were using, even over full-screen apps

SAFETY NET
• Closed by accident? Reopen and press ⌘Z to restore the last memo
• Optional: copy the memo to the clipboard as it closes (off by default)

TRULY PRIVATE
• Notes are never written to disk, synced, or transmitted
• No account, no network access, no analytics, no permission prompts
• There is nothing to delete, because nothing is ever stored
