• Zoning, height limits, floor space ratio, minimum lot size, heritage controls and state planning policies
• Development applications and complying development certificates lodged within 500 metres in the past two years
• Recorded offence counts for the suburb, ranked against NSW suburbs using a bundled BOCSAR extract

Every result shows its source and what it can mean for a buyer. If a government service could not be checked, Emptor marks that section as unknown instead of presenting a clean result.

DA Watch

Watch a NSW address and check for newly lodged DAs or CDCs within a radius you choose. Filter by application type or substantial works, and receive local notifications when matches are found. Background refresh is opportunistic; you can always check manually.
